It is not always possible to find ripe, aromatic apricots on sale, so vanilla ice cream can be prepared even with canned fruits. Condensed milk makes ice cream sweet, with a pleasant aroma.

Remove the apricots from the syrup, remove the seeds if they came with them. Grind with a hand blender. If you decide to take fresh apricots for this recipe, then you will need 500 g, boil them with 2 tablespoons of sugar and lemon juice until soft, then puree the apricots.

Whip heavy cream until the consistency of butter. Add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, without stopping whisking. Finally, add some vanilla for flavor. Whisk everything together for a few more minutes. Then put the mass in a container, put it in the freezer for 1-1.5 hours. The mass should thicken a little during this time.
Step 3
After that, spread the creamy mass in vases or bowls, alternating layers with apricot puree. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours to completely freeze the vanilla ice cream. You can also cook in containers, spreading both masses in layers in them too.
Step 4
