Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the chicken fillet pieces until golden brown. Transfer the sautéed meat to a saucepan and set aside.

Peel the carrots, rinse, cut into slices. Peel the bell pepper from seeds, rinse, cut into strips.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots. After 3 minutes, add bell peppers to the carrots and fry a little.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, you can grate. Add tomatoes to the pan with vegetables, fry for three minutes. Transfer the vegetables to the pot with the chicken. Pour in some water, salt and pepper, cover. Simmer over low heat for half an hour.

Rinse the beans, remove the ends, cut to taste. Boil the beans in boiling water for about seven minutes. Transfer the beans to a saucepan with vegetables and meat. After the contents of the pot have boiled, simmer for 20 minutes.
