Pork can be stuffed with cloves of garlic and placed in a marinade of soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, pepper and seasonings to taste for a couple of hours. After that, the meat is tightly wrapped in foil so that when baking, the fat does not leak out and does not burn on the baking sheet. A piece weighing up to one kilogram is baked for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 180˚С. Also, the meat can be baked in the oven by cutting into small pieces, adding sour cream-mustard sauce and salt and placing in closed pots. In this form, the meat will cook in an hour.

The most convenient way to cook juicy, soft, aromatic chicken is to bake it in a sleeve - a special tight-fitting bag. To begin with, the chicken is washed and excess moisture is removed. Then rub it with salt, thyme, pepper, stuff with apples and lemon slices, stuff with peeled garlic cloves, coat with mayonnaise, pour over with soy sauce (you can use all the ingredients, or choose only those that suit your taste). An excellent side dish for these dishes can be oven-baked potatoes. Well washed and dried potatoes of the same size are placed on a wire rack and baked for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
