Step 1

Place the egg whites in a glass bowl and whisk them until soft, white foam. Insert it into the dough in small portions, gently kneading the baking mass.

Heat the pan well, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on it and start baking fluffy pancakes. Lay them one on top of the other on a platter, brushing around the edges with fruit jam.

Another option is chilled berry sauce. To prepare such a gravy, take 80 g of any fresh berries, rinse them and add to boiling syrup (1 tablespoon of granulated sugar in a glass of water).

Dissolve a teaspoon of potato starch in cool water. 5 minutes after boiling the syrup, add starch gruel to it, stir the contents of the pan and bring to a boil. The sauce is ready.
