Curdled milk has many useful properties. That's why they love her. You can drink yogurt, or you can use it as an ingredient for many, often unexpected, dishes. One of them is a mixture of vegetables with sour milk sauce.
It is necessary
- For the vegetable mixture: 1 eggplant, 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 2-3 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.
- For the sauce with curdled milk: 1 glass of curdled milk, 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts, 3 cloves of garlic, spices: paprika, tarragon, salt, pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the vegetables into cubes. We grease the walls and bottom of the iron pot with vegetable oil and heat it on the stove. We lay carrots, tomatoes and peppers, pour in a quarter of a glass of water, simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add zucchini and eggplant (don't add water!), Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until fully cooked. Let the vegetables cool.
Step 2
Cooking the sauce. Press the garlic, mix with salt and add to a bowl of yogurt. We put nuts and spices there, mix everything. Pour the prepared vegetables with sauce and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The dish is ready. It remains only to warm it up. Bon Appetit!
