Melt the margarine, add to the matched brew. Beat in two eggs, one at a time. You should get a homogeneous mixture, without lumps. Pour the flour into the dough for the pie slowly, in parts, continuing to stir thoroughly. The yeast dough is ready for fermentation when it easily comes off the pan during kneading. If, in your opinion, it is necessary - add a little more flour. The fact is that flour from different manufacturers has different hygroscopicity, and as a result - and absorbency. Therefore, only you can determine more precisely how much flour you need.
Step 4
Leave the yeast dough to rise for 3-4 hours in a warm place. Crumple it periodically. When it comes up, get ready to roll out. To do this, sprinkle some flour on a large plywood or plastic board. Spread out the pie dough and knead with flour until elastic. Then divide in two in a 2: 3 ratio. Most - the bottom of the pie, the smaller - respectively - the top. Roll out and place most on a greased baking sheet with margarine. Turn on the oven.
Step 5
Place the filling on top of the dough. Both sweet and savory fillings are suitable for yeast dough. Meat filling: Pass 500 g of boiled meat and 100 g of onions through a meat grinder and dilute 50 g of broth. Cabbage with egg filling: fry 1 kg of white cabbage in vegetable oil, cool, add 2-3 boiled and hard-boiled eggs, salt. Filling of fish and potatoes: 200 g of peeled potatoes boiled in their skins, 300 g of any white fish fillet stewed in a small amount of broth, 1 onion, 4 medium pickled cucumbers - cut all the ingredients and put them in layers on the pie.
