It is necessary

  • - fermented or old jam - 1.5 kg,
  • -sugar - 1 tbsp
  • -boiled water - 1.5 l,
  • - raisins - 1 tbsp. the spoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the jam and half of the sugar in a glass vessel for 3-5 liters, fill it with warm boiled water, mix well.

Step 2

We install a water seal on the vessel. If there is no water seal, then you can use the folk method - put on a regular rubber glove on the vessel. We leave the mixture for two weeks to ferment. Stir the mixture in a vessel every two days.

Step 3

After two weeks, filter the wort through two layers of gauze. Add the remaining sugar to the strained wort, pour it into a bottle and put it in a cool dark place for two months.

Step 4

Every week we perform a procedure for removing liquid from the sediment. To do this, we take a thin hose or tube and use it to carefully pour the liquid from one vessel to another. When transfusing, make sure that the tube does not touch the bottom.

Step 5

After two months, pour the wine into clean, dry bottles, which are hermetically sealed. If desired, we moisten each cork with wine - this procedure reduces the chance of oxygen getting into the bottle. It is necessary to store wine in bottles while lying down.
