Everyone knows the famous Mimosa salad. But how to cook it correctly and in what sequence to lay out the layers, cooks often forget.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 200 g
- - carrots - 100 g
- - canned pink salmon - 2 cans
- - eggs - 7 pcs.
- - mayonnaise - 2 cans
Instructions
Step 1
We clean the carrots and potatoes, then boil them. After cooling, grate vegetables on a fine grater.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate the proteins on a fine grater.
Step 3
Apply half of the grated potatoes in the first layer, half of the pink salmon with the second layer. Brush the second layer with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Put the carrots in the third layer. Brush the third layer with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Lay out the remaining half of the pink salmon in the fourth layer, the remaining part of the potatoes in the fifth. Lubricate the last layer with mayonnaise.
Step 6
Grate the protein and sprinkle the salad on top. Grease with mayonnaise on top. Mash the yolk with your hands and sprinkle with the last layer. Salad ready.
