Baked pollock with cheese crust

To prepare this dish, you will need:

- 1 kg pollock fillet;

- 2 large onions;

- 200 g of hard cheese;

- 1 tsp. ready-made mustard;

- 200 g sour cream;

- 0.5 tsp sunflower oil;

- salt to taste;

- ground pepper to taste.

Cut the fish into portions and season with salt and pepper. Cut the onions into thin half rings. Combine sour cream with mustard and stir well.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put onions on it, then pollock fillets. Pour the mustard-sour cream sauce over the fish and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Then take out the mold and sprinkle the fish with grated cheese, bake for another 10 minutes. Baked pollock goes well with young boiled potatoes and fresh vegetable salad.

Stewed pollock with sour cream

To cook stewed fish, you will need the following products:

- 1 small carrot;

- 500 g of pollock;

- 2 medium onions;

- 0.5 dry herb thyme;

- salt to taste;

- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;

- vegetable oil for frying;

- 2 tbsp. l. flour.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings. Divide the pollock into pieces, roll them in flour and fry until crusty in heated vegetable oil. Place the fish on a plate and brown the vegetables in the remaining oil.

Remove the bones from the cooled fish and transfer it to a pan with vegetables, sprinkle with seasoning and keep on low heat for 5-7 minutes. After that, pour in the sour cream, bring the contents of the pan to a boil and simmer the pollock for another 5 minutes. Serve with crumbly cooked rice or potatoes and garnish with sprigs of herbs.

Pollock with onions in the oven

Pollock goes well with onions, to cook it in this way, take the following ingredients:

- 4 large onions;

- 1 kg of fish fillets;

- 3 tbsp. l. flour;

- 3 tbsp. l. fatty sour cream;

- a bunch of dill;

- vegetable oil;

- salt to taste;

- ground pepper to taste.

Cut the fillets into large pieces, pepper and salt, roll in flour, then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove the fish from the frying pan and lightly brown the onion, cut into thin rings, on the remaining oil.

Put the pollock fillet in a baking dish, put the fried onions on top. Using a pastry syringe, apply thick sour cream on top of the onion in the form of a grid. Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle finely chopped dill on the dish before serving.
