Nice sunny weather beckons us for a picnic, be it winter or summer. The most popular outdoor dish, of course, is barbecue, but there is an equally tasty alternative - grilled ribs. The basis for the successful preparation of this dish is the marinade. You can prepare it in various ways.

It is necessary

    • Spicy marinade:
    • 1 kg pork ribs
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 200 g tomato paste
    • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • pod of red pepper (hot)
    • 2-3 pcs. lavrushki
    • salt to taste
    • Vinegar-based Marinade:
    • 1 kg pork ribs
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 50 ml vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons ketchup
    • 2 tablespoons vinegar
    • Herbal Marinade:
    • 1 kg pork ribs
    • 2 tablespoons hop-suneli spice
    • 1 teaspoon basil (dried)
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper (hot)
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Spicy marinade. Cut the pepper into rings and mix with oil, sauce, tomato paste and spices (salt, pepper). Rinse the ribs, dry and chop between the bones. Pour the cooked marinade over them, adding bay leaves. After 3-4 hours, the ribs are ready to cook.

Step 2

Marinade based on vinegar. Peel and chop the garlic (you can use a blender or a vegetable grater). Combine with mustard, oil, vinegar, sauce, ketchup and season with spices (salt, pepper). Rinse the ribs, chop into portions and cover with the prepared marinade. After 2-3 hours, the ribs are ready to cook.

Step 3

Herbal marinade. Rinse the ribs, dry and cut into portions. Sprinkle them with spices, squeeze out the peeled garlic and add mayonnaise. Mix everything well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Pickled ribs must be cooked for no more than 40 minutes, otherwise they will turn out to be dry.
