Of course, at home you are unlikely to be able to make French or Soviet champagne, but this recipe also makes good sparkling wine.

It is necessary

  • - 3 liters of water;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 75 g of yeast;
  • - lemon juice, citric acid, raisins to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the champagne bottles, and don't forget about the corks for them. Rinse the bottles, dry them well.

Step 2

Take an enamel pan, pour three liters of regular water into it, add the specified amount of sugar. Add citric acid to taste. Boil the syrup, cool it to 25 degrees, add yeast, leave for 2-3 hours at room temperature. During this time, the fermentation process will begin.

Step 3

After 2-3 hours, strain the sweet-sour syrup, bottle.

Step 4

Add 1 tbsp to each bottle. a spoonful of fresh lemon juice and 3-4 raisins. Cork them tightly with champagne corks, tie them with wire for reliability.

Step 5

Place your homemade champagne in the refrigerator, with the bottles in a horizontal position.

Step 6

After three weeks the champagne will be ready to drink - not earlier.
