It is necessary

  • For the first recipe:
  • 1.5 kg of honey,
  • 4, 5 l. water,
  • 3 teaspoons of hops.
  • For the second recipe:
  • 300 grams of honey
  • 5 lemons,
  • 200 grams of raisins
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour.

Step 1

Making honey wine according to recipe # 1.

1, 5 kg of honey (better than flower) put in a saucepan, fill with hot water and stir well. We put the pan on fire. After boiling, we reduce the power of the fire to low (there should be a boil) and, with periodic stirring, cook the honey for three hours.

Step 2

Wrap the hop flowers and a pebble in a piece of gauze and add to the honey. Cooking honey for another hour. During cooking, the liquid will evaporate, so add hot water.

Step 3

We remove the honey from the heat and while hot we filter it over the banks (fill it up to 80 percent). We put jars of honey in a dark, warm place.

Step 4

After fermentation is over, add a glass of tea to honey wine, mix and filter through several layers of cheesecloth. We pour wine into clean dry bottles. The wine can be tasted, but it is better to leave it in the cellar for six months.

Step 5

Making wine according to recipe # 2.

Wash lemons, cut into circles, remove seeds. We shift the sliced lemon into a volumetric container, add 300 grams of honey, 200 grams of raisins and 10 liters of hot (but not boiling water) water. We leave to cool. Add yeast and flour to the mass cooled to 35 degrees, leave for 24 hours.

Step 6

When the lemon and raisins float, filter the wine through cheesecloth and pour it into clean, dry bottles. The wine can be tasted after 7 days. It is recommended to store wine in a cool place (preferably in a cellar).
