Cocktail "Rainbow" is a stunningly bright drink, the taste of which will be remembered for a long time. It consists of several colored layers and has an unusual design. There are several ways to prepare this cocktail.
Classic cocktail recipe "Rainbow"
Cocktail "Rainbow" consists of liqueurs of different density. If you follow the sequence of pouring liqueurs into a glass, you will get a multicolored staircase that looks like a rainbow. When preparing this drink, please be patient and calm, since in order to achieve the desired effect - the rainbow effect, it is required that all layers turn out to be even, neat and beautiful.
To make a classic "Rainbow" cocktail, you will need:
- orange juice - 150 ml;
- syrup "Grenadine" - 20 ml;
- vodka - 50 ml;
- Malibu liqueur - 30 ml;
- Blue Curacao liqueur - 20 ml;
- a slice of orange;
- cocktail cherry.
Take a tall glass and fill it halfway with ice, pour in orange juice, then Grenadine syrup. At this point, insert the straw into the glass. Prepare a shaker and throw in some ice cubes. Then, in turn, pour vodka, Malibu liqueur, Blue Curacao liqueur into the shaker and shake everything well. Now pour the contents of the shaker into a glass, decorate with an orange slice, on which attach a cocktail cherry on top.

Alternative cocktail recipes "Rainbow"
In addition to the classic Rainbow cocktail recipe, there are other options. For example, in a tall glass half filled with ice, pour the following ingredients in layers in the indicated sequence: 10 ml plum juice, 10 ml kiwi juice, 10 ml lemon juice, 10 ml orange liqueur, 20 ml red wine and 30 ml gin. Garnish the resulting mixture with a slice of orange or a slice of any other fruit.

- apricot liqueur - 40 ml;
- cherry syrup - 10 ml;
- lemonade - 30 ml;

- pineapple juice - 40 ml;
- slices of pineapple and peach;
- ice.
Fill a tall glass by a third with crushed ice, then put pineapple and peach slices on top, pour in cherry syrup, apricot liqueur, lemonade, champagne and pineapple juice. You will get an amazing exotic cocktail "Rainbow". Serve with a straw and garnish with colorful umbrellas or a pineapple slice on the edge of the glass.
