  • - vanilla - 2 teaspoons;
  • - eggs - 4 pcs;
  • - sour cream - 1 glass;
  • - heavy cream - 1 glass;
  • - multi-colored food dyes;
  • - salt - 2 pinches.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the cookies in a separate cup and grind until crumbled. Then add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, cinnamon and butter to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Put the resulting mass on the bottom of the baking dish and spread it in an even layer, lightly tamping it with your hands. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 175 degrees and send the future cheesecake crust into it for 10 minutes. Just be sure to place it on the lowest rack in the oven.

Cut the cheese into small pieces, then beat until smooth. Add granulated sugar there. Whisk the mixture again for 5 minutes. Then add a pinch of salt, vanilla and chicken eggs to the sugar-creamy mass. The latter should be introduced gradually. Mix thoroughly.

Add sour cream and heavy cream to the mixture. Stir. Distribute this mass in equal amounts over 6 free cups. Then pour one or another dye into each.

Pour the multi-colored mixtures alternately into the baking dish directly in the center. Just before that, wrap it in several layers of cling foil. In this form, place the future cheesecake on a baking sheet filled with water. The water level must be at least 3 centimeters.
