It is necessary

    • For the first recipe:
    • vodka 2 liters;
    • sugar - 300 g;
    • water - 400 ml;
    • pepper - 50 g;

    • For the second recipe:
    • coriander - 10 g;
    • cardamom - 10 g;
    • anise - 10 g;
    • pepper - 50 g;
    • ginger - 10 g;
    • pan;
    • vodka - 1 liter;
    • gauze.
    • For the third recipe:
    • vodka - 1 liter;
    • allspice - 10 g;
    • ground black pepper - 10 g;
    • cardamom - 10 g;
    • gauze.
    • For the fourth recipe:
    • sugar - 200 g;
    • water - 100 ml;
    • vodka - 1 liter;
    • pan;
    • bottles.

Instructions

Step 1

Take vodka and pour it into an enamel bowl, add sugar, pepper previously ground in a mortar, water. Cover the liquid with a lid, put in a warm place for 14 days. Strain the mixture through four-fold cheesecloth and pour into the bottle. Cork the latter very tightly and put in a cool place (-3 - +2 degrees) for 3-4 weeks. Then you can pour the tincture into bottles using a funnel.

Step 2

You can make pepper tincture using various additives. Take coriander, cardamom, pepper, anise, and ginger. Place the spices in a saucepan and cover with vodka. Choose heat-resistant dishes, preferably made of clay or cast iron. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees and set the pot to simmer for 2 hours. Take out the resulting solution, pour it into bottles and put it in a cool dry place for 14 days. Then strain through cheesecloth and bottle.

Step 3

To prepare a tincture with the addition of black pepper, take vodka, pour it into a saucepan and add allspice, black ground and cardamom to the liquid. Insist under a tightly closed lid for 20-30 days. Then, filter the contents and strain through cheesecloth, bottle.

Step 4

Take a saucepan, pour vodka into it and add black ground pepper, stir thoroughly. Insist the resulting solution for 20 days. After that, add sugar syrup to the container (water and granulated sugar preheated over the fire and brought to a homogeneous consistency). Put in a cool dry place for 45 days and then strain the composition obtained through cheesecloth and bottle.
