Surely many have never known about the existence of black salt. To be honest, I also happened to find out about this not so long ago. But it turns out that they have been doing it for a very, very long time. And what is most surprising - they made such a seasoning before Easter. Black salt was considered "pure". So by the way it is. During its preparation, all harmful impurities are reduced to a minimum. That is why it is considered healthier and tastier.

- - Borodinsky bread - 150 g;
- - sea salt - 150 g;
- - caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon;
- - ground coriander - 1 teaspoon;
- - water - 70 g.

Step 1
So, first of all, we cut off 3 pieces of bread, then we get rid of the crust, and then we cut it into cubes. We put all this in a saucepan, fill it with water and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Now you need to finely grind the sea salt, that is, crush it. After you have done this, you need to add the grated mass to the bread soaked in a saucepan. We also add our spices there - cumin and coriander, and mix everything well. And I would like to add that you can choose any spices for making black salt. It all depends on tastes.
Step 3
Next, all our mixture must be spread over a baking dish and placed in an oven at a temperature of 230-250 degrees. After 10 minutes, you should take out the dried "bread", break it and send it back to the oven. Be prepared that in 30-40 minutes smog will appear from burnt bread. This is a signal that our black salt is almost ready.
Step 4
We take out the burnt "bread" and grind it until it turns into black salt. The spice is ready! Good luck!
