A person cannot exist without water - even one day of its absence can trigger the process of dehydration in the body. Therefore, every day you need to drink at least one and a half liters of liquid - moreover, of high quality, and not just any, since the water must be as pure as possible, otherwise it will not bring any benefit.
Instructions
Step 1
In megacities, the most accessible is tap water, which enters the water supply system from rivers and lakes. It collects wastewater, garbage and heavy metal salts, so it is driven through purifiers and chlorination is carried out to kill all pathogens. The presence of chlorine in the water does not make it useful, and in some areas it also contains fluoride, an excess of which causes problems with bones and teeth. Drinking tap water is strongly discouraged.
Step 2
In boiled water, most bacteria die, but its quality deteriorates significantly, and when heated, chlorine forms carcinogens, which increase the risk of mutation of a normal cell into a cancerous one. In addition, boiled water is "dead" and rather hard, as a result of which the concentration of calcium salts in it increases significantly. Thus, its use is also not beneficial to the body.
Step 3
Multi-stage filters for water purification are becoming more and more popular. They remove chlorine from it, reduce its hardness and disinfect it as much as possible. Their only drawback is their high cost, so many people replace multi-stage cleaning with pitcher filters with activated carbon, which absorbs bad impurities from the water, but does not cope with pathogens. Such water can be drunk by boiling it after cleaning.
Step 4
In stores, you can buy bottled water, which is ordinary, but industrially purified. It is not recommended for consumption, since during the distillation process it is saturated with minerals and salts, after which it is bottled and sent to stores. Bottled water is best suited for kitchen needs.
Step 5
The most useful is the purest water from an artesian well, which is purified in a natural way, passing through sand, stones and clay. These natural filters keep bacteria, heavy metal salts and other harmful substances out of the water. Due to this, artesian water is the safest and most environmentally friendly, but in large cities its sources are extremely rare.
