Kefir is a fermented milk drink made from cow's milk. The benefits of kefir are undeniable, because it contains a large number of fungi and bacteria that improve the functioning of the human body. Using kefir, you can prepare a complete meal for the whole family.

It is necessary

    • Okroshka:
    • 3 fresh cucumbers;
    • 1 beet;
    • 1 bunch of dill;
    • 0.5 cups sour cream;
    • 1.5 liters of kefir;
    • 10 pieces of radish;
    • salt to taste.
    • Meat pancakes:
    • 300 g minced meat;
    • 1 egg;
    • 1 glass of kefir;
    • 3 onions;
    • 3 cups flour;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper;
    • vegetable oil.
    • Walnut roll:
    • 2 eggs;
    • 1 can of condensed milk;
    • 2 glasses of kefir;
    • 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
    • 1, 5 cups flour;
    • 200 g raisins;
    • 300 g of nuts.

Instructions

Step 1

Okroshka

Wash 1 large or 2-3 small beets in plenty of running water. Place the beets in a saucepan, cover with water and boil until tender. Drain the water from the pan, cool and clean the beets.

Step 2

Wash 10 radishes, 3 fresh cucumbers and a bunch of dill.

Step 3

Finely chop the boiled beets, cucumbers, radishes and dill. Place the chopped vegetables in a saucepan.

Step 4

Pour 1.5 liters of kefir into a saucepan. Add 0.5 cups of sour cream and salt to taste there. Mix everything.

Step 5

Serve okroshka cold. If desired, serve hot boiled potatoes with okroshka.

Meat pancakes

Peel and finely chop 3 onions.

Step 7

In a deep bowl, mix 300 g of minced meat, chopped onion, 1 egg, 1 glass of kefir. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add about 3 glasses of flour to the minced meat and kefir and knead the dough.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Put the pancake mass with a spoon and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Serve hot.

Nut roll

Mix 2 eggs, 1 can (380 g) of condensed milk, 2 cups of kefir, 1 teaspoon of baking soda.

Pour 1, 5 cups of flour into the liquid base for the dough and stir everything until the lumps disappear completely.

Finely chop 300 g of nuts. Rinse 200 g of raisins in warm water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 14

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the dough over it. Spread the nuts and raisins evenly on top.

Step 15

Place the baking sheet with the dough in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, and bake the roll for 15 minutes.

Step 16

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Carefully, trying not to burn yourself, roll the cake into a roll. Use clean cotton gloves when doing this.

Bake the roll for another 15-20 minutes. Serve it into slices.

Serve kefir as a drink. You can drink it either in pure form, or sweetened or salted to taste.
