Therefore, fill the pu era tile with hot water and hold it in it, but no more than 5 seconds.

Put the flakes of tea in a washed clay teapot, fill it with clean boiled water, brought to a temperature of 100 ° C. There should be as much water as the number of servings of tea you are going to drink at a time, plus a couple of teaspoons. Infuse the tea for 1-2 minutes. Pour pu er into cups. A little water should remain in the teapot, as much as necessary so that the tea leaves do not dry out. Freshly brewed pu erh in a lovely reddish brown color with a distinct aroma. Pour boiling water over the pu er again. For the second brewing, since the tea leaves are already completely saturated with water, 5-10 seconds is enough. Pour the tea again, leaving some water at the bottom. Pu er can be brewed 2-3 more times, each time getting a drink with a different intensity of taste, color and smell.
