The liver is one of the healthiest foods due to its high content of vitamins, amino acids and minerals. But not everyone loves her, especially children. However, there is a way out of the situation - you can cook liver pate. It will also be healthy and delicious. The pate is perfect for breakfast.
It is necessary
- - fresh liver 1 kg (several types can be used for originality of taste)
- - large carrots 3-4 pcs.
- - onion 3 pcs.
- - butter 50-100 g
- - a little greenery
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
The liver must be well rinsed and cleaned from the film. Mode the product into small pieces and send to cook for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Three carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Fry vegetables a little in vegetable oil. Add ready-made liver to them, spices to taste and leave on fire for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
When the ingredients are ready, they must be passed through a meat grinder, and with them half the oil and herbs. The whole mixture must be ground several times until a homogeneous consistency is formed. The resulting mass should be well smeared, only then the pate is considered ready.
Step 4
Put the finished pate in a slide on a small dish. Sprinkle with chicken yolk on top and add a sprig of parsley. Homemade sandwich pâté can be served. Bon Appetit!
