- - 500 grams of sour cream,
- - 3 eggs,
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda,

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cool. Peel the potatoes, boil until tender and grate on a coarse grater. Peel and chop the onion.
Step 2
Combine the chicken fillet, potatoes, and onion, cut into pieces. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt margarine and combine with sour cream, eggs, salt and soda. Stir well and add a little flour to make a not very tough dough.
Step 4
Roll half of the dough into a flat cake and place on a greased baking sheet. Form the bumpers.
Step 5
Place the filling on top of the dough and cover with the second rolled dough cake. Pinch the edges of the cake well.
Step 6
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake until tender (30-40 minutes).
