"Cones" cake is made on the basis of honey biscuit. It turns out to be an unusually tender dessert.

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs until a stiff white foam, add granulated sugar and honey in a thin stream and beat again. The mass will quadruple. Add flour and mix everything well until smooth. Grease a mold covered with parchment paper with vegetable oil and lay out the dough. Spread evenly over the surface. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Determine the readiness of the biscuit with a skewer. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
Step 2
Prepare the cream. Soak gelatin in cold water. Mix 120 g granulated sugar, milk, lemon zest and cream. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Add pieces of white chocolate, gelatin, stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, place in cold water to cool.
Step 3
Place the sponge cake on the table and cut in two. Cut off the sides of the biscuit and put the first cake in a mold, brush with cream and cover with the second cake, brush with cream again. Place in a cool place until solidified.
Step 4
Prepare the buds. Mix the cuts of the cake with boiled condensed milk and stir. From the resulting mixture, form a cone shape. And garnish with almond petals.
Step 5
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. And dip the cones there. Decorate the frozen cake with pine cones. Decorate the sides of the cake with white chocolate.
