The homemade bread recipe is very simple, it only contains water, flour, yeast and salt and sugar. But in skilful hands, these products make excellent bread.

Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt. Pour in the sifted wheat flour and knead the dough onto the bread. Since flour is of different quality, therefore, despite the proposed amount, you need to take so much of it so that the dough turns out a little thinner than like for pies.
Step 2
Knead it until it becomes homogeneous, placed in a warm place. When the dough rises for the first time, it is kneaded again and left to rise again.
Step 3
Now grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil. Sprinkle flour on the table. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick to them.
Step 4
Spread one serving on the table and form a round loaf. It should be covered in flour all over. Put it on a baking sheet and put it in a warm place for proofing.
Step 5
When the bread rises, it is covered with foil on top, which prevents the crust from burning, and placed in a hot oven with a temperature of 220 degrees. After 15-20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180-150 degrees, and after another 15 minutes - to 100 degrees Celsius.
Step 6
The bread is baked for about 60 minutes, then the loaf is laid out on a wooden board and covered with a towel for one hour. Only then can the homemade bread be cut and served.
