    • 2 teaspoons of sugar;

Step 1

Start with sourdough. Pour 100 grams of wheat flour into a bowl. Pour in a thin stream 100 grams of water there. Mix thoroughly until a creamy mass is obtained. Cover with a wet towel and place in a warm place such as a radiator. Leave the mixture to ferment for 24 hours. By the end of the term, small bubbles should appear on the mixture. Feed the starter the next day. To do this, add 100 grams of flour and add water to a thick sour cream. Cover with a towel and put on the battery again for 24 hours. On the third day, repeat the same as on the previous one. After 8 hours, separate 10 tablespoons from the leaven, and put the rest in a jar, and put the refrigerator away until next time.

Step 2

Start making bread. Put the starter culture in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of salt, the same amount of sugar, and two tablespoons of vegetable oil to it. Knead food and add 250 ml of water. Add 500 grams of flour gradually, kneading the dough thoroughly. Knead the dough by hand for at least 15 minutes. If the dough sticks to your hands, add flour. If you see that the dough is too steep, and there is still flour, then just do not add flour.

Step 3

Lay out the prepared dough in a bread pan, but you can also use a silicone muffin pan. Cover the dish with a wet towel and set to rise in a hot place. It will take a little over 12 hours for the dough to move. The dough is ready when its volume doubles. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius, put the future bread in it and bake for about an hour and a half. The top crust should be golden brown and hardened. Determine readiness with a toothpick. After the bread is baked, remove it from the oven and cover with a dry towel.
