An excellent breakfast is a great start to the day. Omelet is one of the easiest dishes to prepare, so it's best in the morning. Plus, it's fun to cook.
It is necessary
- - 4 eggs;
- - 200 g cream;
- - 1 tomato;
- - 100-200 g of Maasdam cheese;
- - 100-200 g of peeled shrimp;
- - a little greenery
- - peas (optional);
- - salt;
- - pepper;
- - 50 g of olive oil.

Preparing shrimp
Fry frozen (fresh) shrimp in olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste
Step 2
Omelet mix
Beat the eggs with cream (fork or mixer), then add the diced Maasdam cheese, shrimp, tomato sliced, peas, and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Fry an omelet
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, pour in the prepared mixture. Fry for 2-3 minutes, add the herbs, then keep on low heat (with the lid closed) until cooked.
