Boiled chicken breast is harmoniously combined with this vegetable. Of course, the meat of this bird itself is rather dry, but in tandem with a fresh cucumber, a very tasty salad is obtained. To prepare a hearty snack from fresh cucumbers, you will need the following products:

- 1 chicken breast fillet;

- 5 fresh medium-sized cucumbers;

- 1 pod of hot pepper;

- 1 raw egg;

- 3-4 feathers of green onions;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 2 tsp granulated sugar;

- 1 tsp soy sauce;

- 1 tsp vegetable oil;

- a few drops of vinegar;

- half tsp mustard;

- 30 g sesame seeds.

Before you start preparing a salad with fresh cucumbers, you need to boil the chicken. To do this, rinse the poultry meat, put in a saucepan with water and put on fire. The chicken will cook for 20-30 minutes, in general, until the meat is tender.

When the fillet is boiled, it must be removed from the broth, dried a little, cooled, cut into thin strips and put in a deep bowl. Before cooking, cucumbers must be washed under running water. Cut into two parts, and then each into small semicircles, send to a bowl with chicken. Rinse green onions and chop as small as possible.

It is recommended to buy roasted sesame seeds for the salad. If they are raw, then you can prepare them yourself by placing them in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly so that they do not burn.

Now you can start preparing the dressing. It is she who will be the main "highlight" of the salad. You need to pour vegetable oil into a deep plate, it is recommended to choose sunflower, soy sauce, a couple of drops of vinegar and add mustard. Mix everything thoroughly. Pour sesame seeds into the resulting sauce.

For piquancy, add garlic to the dressing. To do this, clean two cloves, pass through a press and add to a plate with the mixture. Stir again, salt to taste.

When the dressing is ready, you need to water the prepared cucumbers and chicken. Mix thoroughly so that each piece of meat and vegetable is soaked in the spicy mixture. Then put the salad bowl in the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes.

If the hostess does not have time to prepare the dressing, then the salad can be flavored with liquid sour cream, to which soy sauce and garlic will be added.

While the appetizer is nourished and acquires a spicy taste, you need to work a little more. It is necessary to wash and cut the capsicum as thin as possible. Pour the raw egg into a bowl, beat well. Pour the egg mass into a hot frying pan and fry the "pancake". Then cool it down, cut into thin strips.

It is recommended to serve the appetizer in portioned salad bowls, garnished with pepper and egg pancake. Greenery lovers can also add finely chopped parsley, dill, or cilantro to their salad.
