Cabbage salad is ideal for those who observe the Orthodox fast. It is rich in fiber, vitamins, easily saturates the body and invigorates. It is also great for hiking.

  • White cabbage - 1 head (small);
  • Cucumber - 2-3 pcs.;
  • Green peas, canned - 1 can (can be replaced with corn);
  • Dill - 1 bunch;
  • Parsley - 1 bunch;
  • Green onions - 1 bunch;
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l. (olive can be used);
  • Salt, allspice - to taste;

Finely chop the cabbage, slightly knead it with your hands, put it in a salad bowl. Wash cucumbers, wipe them with a towel so that they are not wet. Cut into half rings and add to chopped cabbage. Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid and add to the salad. Finely chop dill, parsley, green onion on a board and send to our ingredients. Add spices, salt and pepper to taste, fill the salad with lemon juice and vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly and let it brew in the refrigerator for an hour. Cover the salad beforehand.
