- margarine - 400 g
- flour - 3.5 cups
- fresh yeast - 50 g
- milk - 1/2 cup
- sugar -1 tsp
For filling:
- large lemon - 1 pc. (or 250g cranberries for cranberry pie)
- sugar - 2 cups
- vanilla sugar (optional) - 1 sachet

How to make lemon or cranberry pie:
- Take out the margarine so that it softens at room temperature.
- We dilute the yeast in warm milk. Mix well.
- Add sugar to yeast and milk and mix until completely dissolved. Let it stand a little.
- At this time, chop the softened margarine with flour. If time is short, you can mix the margarine with flour with your hands.
- Mix everything until smooth and put the dough in the refrigerator for 50 minutes - an hour. If there is very little time, then you can put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- While the dough is cooling, prepare the filling. Three lemon on a grater together with the peel or twist in a meat grinder, not forgetting to remove the seeds.
- If the filling is cranberry, then grind the cranberries.
