- 1 glass of cream

Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to prepare the pasta sauce, otherwise they will cool down and have to be heated. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Wash, peel and cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes. To do this, make an incision in the form of a cross and lower the tomato first in boiling water, then immediately lower it into cold water. In this way, the peel is easy to peel, cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil. We spread the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes.

Put the onion and garlic there, stirring constantly, fry until tender.

Next, send the diced tomatoes to the pan, simmer a little.

Add salt, pepper, bay leaves and seasonings to taste.

At the end, pour a glass of cream and add finely chopped greens, leave to simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

The sauce is ready, you can start boiling pasta. The omitted pasta should not be overcooked. Put the finished spaghetti in a colander and rinse with cold water. Put back in the pot.
