- fresh defrosted bacon - 400 g;
- garlic - 5-6 cloves;
- salt - 1 glass;
- mustard
- seasonings to taste;
- baking foil.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the salt in two liters of water. Put bacon in this solution and leave for a day. You can take salted bacon, and then you will safely skip this stage. It is better to take lard with layers of meat to make it tastier.
Step 2
Remove the bacon from the solution, make shallow cuts in it. Cut the garlic cloves into 4-5 pieces each. Stuff the bacon with them, pushing one piece into each incision. You can also stuff with bay leaves if desired.

Top with mustard lard.

Wrap the bacon from the oven, unfold the foil on top and put back to bake.
