Kusu can be served as a salad or as a main course. A special piquancy can be achieved by adding a small amount of apple cider vinegar.
It is necessary
- - 300 g chicken fillet
- - 100 g of rice noodles
- - mayonnaise
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - 2 cherry tomatoes
- - 4 eggs
- - fresh herbs
- - 100 g of any mushrooms
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken meat until tender in lightly salted water and divide by the fibers to form a "straw". Chop the yolks of boiled eggs with a fork, and cut the whites into thin strips.
Step 2
Cook the rice noodles separately and fry the mushrooms in oil. Dip the cherry tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, remove the skin and chop the pulp. Chop or tear the greens with your hands.
Step 3
Put the chicken, rice noodles, egg yolks and whites, fried mushrooms, cherry tomato pulp and chopped greens in a deep bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add salt and black pepper as you like. Place the dish on a flat plate and season with a little mayonnaise. Kusu can be eaten warm or cold.
