- For eight servings:
- - sausages - 450 g;
- - chicken broth - 900 ml;
- - canned tomatoes - 800 g;
- - canned beans - 230 g;
- - pasta - 150 g;
- - two onions;
- - olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the sausages in a saucepan, they should brown. Transfer them to a bowl.
Step 2
In the same bowl, fry the chopped onions until they turn golden.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic, cook for another minute, then add the tomatoes, mashed with a spoon.
Step 4
Add chicken stock, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 25 minutes.
