Italian sausages with green beans have a spicy taste and will surely appeal to all lovers of meat delicacies. You can combine this dish with almost any side dish.
It is necessary
- - 4 thin schnitzels from any meat
- - sage
- - olive oil
- - ground black pepper
- - salt
- - balsamic vinegar
- - 50 ml of any broth
- - 1 head of onion
- - 2 plates of smoked ham
- - 2 tbsp. l. vermouth
- - 150 g green beans
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sage leaves into thin strips. Beat the schnitzels with a meat hammer, lightly rub with black pepper and salt. Sprinkle the surface of the meat with chopped sage and place a slice of smoked ham on top.
Step 2
Wrap the meat blanks in tight sausages. The edges can be held together with thread or small wooden skewers. Cut the green beans into slices, chop the onion or cut into half rings.
Step 3
Fry the cooked sausages in olive oil until a brownish hue appears. While frying, add a few tablespoons of vermouth, broth and onions to the contents of the pan.
Step 4
Green beans can be fried separately or in the oil left over from the sausages. Season with balsamic vinegar and garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Sausages can be left intact or cut into portions.
