Flour sifted through a sieve (0.5 cups), a tablespoon of starch and half a teaspoon of baking powder for the dough are also sent here. The resulting homogeneous mass is placed in a pastry bag, and with the help of it, cookies are formed on a baking sheet. Puffed cookies are baked in the oven for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 175 ˚С.
