Step 1
Wipe fresh cottage cheese through a sieve, stir well with softened butter and 1 cup sour cream. Add 100 g of icing sugar and vanilla on the tip of a knife.

Finely grate the chocolate. Lightly fry the walnuts, chop, separate a small part for sprinkling. Add nuts and chocolate to the mix. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 3
Then place the curd mass in a dish lined with a thin cloth. Put a light oppression on top and put Easter in the refrigerator for a day. Before serving, pour the top of Easter with cream: mix half a glass of sour cream with 30 g of powdered sugar. Then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
