Baked fish is really tasty and healthy. Carp cooked in the oven will not require much time and effort from you and will not make you think about extra calories, but it will delight you with excellent taste and pleasant aroma.

- - 2 tomatoes
- - 1 lemon
- - 1 onion
- - dill greens
- - olive oil
- - baking foil
- - pepper, salt, cumin, nutmeg

Step 1
Clean and gut the carp, remove all entrails, remove the gills, but do not remove the head. Wash and dry the fish with paper towels or paper towels.

In a shallow bowl, combine the spices - salt, pepper, cumin, nutmeg - and rub the fish with them both inside and out and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Step 3
Peel and wash the vegetables, cut the onion, tomatoes, lemon into half rings, finely chop the greens. Put raw tomatoes and onions, a few slices of lemon inside the carp. On the upper side of the fish, make several diagonal cuts and put a lemon wedge in them, sprinkle with a little chopped dill.
Step 4
Wrap the carp in foil, place in a baking dish and place in a sufficiently preheated oven. After 30 minutes of baking, unfold the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes to brown.
