Mushroom soup is immediately associated with noble mushrooms, but it turns out to be no less tasty from salted mushrooms. The aroma of salted mushrooms is due to the spices used in pickling, so the soup retains the entire spicy palette and turns out to be unusually fragrant. Milk mushrooms give off their aroma especially generously, so the soup of them is the most appetizing. If you want to try a new, savory and spicy mushroom soup, then this recipe is for you.
It is necessary
- - salted milk mushrooms (preferably black) - 1 glass
- - potatoes - 5 pcs.
- - large onions - 2 pcs.
- - carrots - 1 pc.
- - sour cream - 150 g
- - garlic - 2 cloves
- - vegetable oil

Step 1
Pour chopped potatoes into boiling broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and leave to simmer.

Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, chop the garlic into slices. Put the vegetables in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil and fry for a few minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the mushrooms (as an option, mince) and add to the vegetables. You can add a little water so that the mushrooms are slightly stewed.
Step 4
After 15 minutes, add sour cream to the resulting dressing and boil for another 2-3 minutes along with vegetables and mushrooms.
Step 5
As soon as the potatoes are cooked, dip the fry into the broth, add salt and pepper to taste. After 10 minutes, the delicious soup is ready.
