It is necessary
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 400 g of fresh porcini mushrooms;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 1 PC. bulb;
- - 1 PC. sweet pepper;
- - 100 g fresh green onions;
- - 2 pcs. a clove of garlic;
- - 40 g of premium flour;
- - 300 ml of vegetable or onion broth;
- - 20 g of parsley;
- - 20 g of dill greens;
- - 5 g of black ground pepper;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the onion in cold water, peel and chop finely. Wash and peel the seeds and stalks of the pepper. Use a sharp knife to cut the peppers into thin quarter rings. Preheat a skillet well, melt the butter on it and fry the onion in it until golden brown. Chop the garlic and add to the onion. Add the peppers to the onion and saute until tender.
Step 2
Rinse the mushrooms well, cut into 2-3 cm pieces and add to fry in a skillet with vegetables. Fry everything, stirring constantly for 7-8 minutes, gradually add flour. Pour the broth over and remove from the stove.
Step 3
Put the slightly cooled mixture back on the stove and bring to a boil. Let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes, then gradually add milk. Stir everything constantly with a wooden spatula. Add greens, salt and simmer for another 10 minutes. Ready soup can be served garnished with herbs.
