This wonderful Spanish salad can be made with any type of vegetables. They can be fried, stewed, grated, raw. Thanks to the ham, the dish is quite satisfying, and asparagus, dill and onions are a source of many beneficial vitamins.
It is necessary
- For two people:
- - white wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- - freshly ground pepper - to taste;
- - Dijon mustard - 0.5 tsp;
- - cold-pressed olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - shallots - 1 pc.;
- - dill - 2, 5 tablespoons;
- - ham - 100 g;
- - green asparagus - 450 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash fresh asparagus, cut off the ends and cut into thin strips. Wash the parsley in running water and chop it with a sharp knife. If you don't like parsley, you can use basil or mint instead.
Step 2
Slice the ham thinly into strips. Finely chop the shallots for dressing. In a medium bowl, combine shallots, vinegar, pepper, mustard and olive oil for a Spanish salad dressing.
Step 3
Combine the freshly prepared dressing, ham and asparagus in a deep bowl. Let the Spanish salad stand for a while, then arrange on plates and serve, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley. Can be served with boiled potatoes, rice, buckwheat and sliced black or white bread.
