This is a very tasty dish, for the preparation of which you will need to pack the Dr. Oetker "Dessert in a glass with vanilla flavor" dry mix. In addition, you have to tinker with baking a pie.
It is necessary
- - 1 package "Dessert in a glass with vanilla flavor" Dr. Oetker;
- - 200 g of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%;
- - 160 ml of milk.
- For carrot cake:
- - 200 ml of wheat flour;
- - 150 ml of sugar;
- - 90 ml odorless sunflower oil;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 130 g of finely grated raw carrots;
- - 1 banana;
- - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
- - a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
For the dough, sift wheat flour along with baking powder, add salt, as well as granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Stir the free-flowing mass.
Step 2
Add chicken eggs and vegetable oil, mix again.
Step 3
Stir in finely grated carrots and coarsely grated banana. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the dough over it and bake the carrot cake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the finished cake from the mold. For dessert, you will need to use not all of the pie, but about half. Cut off the desired amount of cake and let cool completely. The rest of the cake can be sprinkled with icing sugar and served with tea immediately, while it is still warm.
Step 5
Pour the milk into a bowl and add the contents of the Dr. Oetker Dessert in a Glass Vanilla Flavor sachet. Stir with a whisk until the mixture is completely dissolved.
Step 6
Stir in the curd and, using a mixer or blender with a whisk attachment, beat the mixture until an airy mass is formed.
Step 7
Cut the carrot pie into slices and distribute over three bowls.
Step 8
Top with vanilla cream to cover the pie pieces.
Step 9
Top the dessert with shredded chocolate or crumbled breakfast cereal balls. Place the dessert in the refrigerator to soak and keep there until serving.
