Step 1

The main ingredient in this dish is cod. Pre-fry the fish fillets in olive oil until golden brown. To prevent cod from burning and retain its appearance, lightly dip the fillet pieces in flour before frying.

Step 2

Dip the cherry tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, and then remove the skin from them. Cut each tomato in half. Place the cod fillet in a baking dish and place the tomatoes next to it.

Cut the champignons into slices, fry with chopped garlic in vegetable oil. While cooking, add capers and white wine to the contents of the pan. Stir the mixture thoroughly, salt and pepper to taste.
