    • water - 300 ml
    • chicken egg - 1 pc
    • grows oil - 1 tablespoon

Step 1

Prepare dough. Add yeast to 100 ml of warm water, dissolving it completely. Add some sugar and salt. Pour in flour until the consistency of sour cream and mix thoroughly. Leave the bread dough for 20 to 25 minutes. The dough will allow the bread dough to rise and turn out faster.

Step 2

Make a dough piece. Heat the remaining water to a temperature of 37 - 40 degrees, beat an egg, add sugar and salt. Pour in a spoonful of oil.

Step 3

Add the prepared dough to the dough piece. Mix thoroughly, there should be no pieces of dough left in the preparation, this will spoil the taste of the bread. Then add flour and stir. Knead the dough with your hands. If the dough is too soft, add more flour. The readiness of the dough can be determined by how much it sticks to your hands. The finished dough should be practically non-sticky. Leave the dough to simmer for 2 - 3 hours.

Step 4

Divide the finished dough into molds with greased butter. The dough should fill the mold up to half. If there are no molds, then you can shape the bread with your hands by dividing the dough into 2 portions. Leave the dough for 20 to 30 minutes, it should rise.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 180 - 200 degrees. Place the prepared bread dough in the oven. Bake until tender, 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the finished bread from the molds and, cover with a towel, let cool slightly.
