Step 1

Wash the meat, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, chop into cubes, mix with the meat. Add peppers, cumin and salt, mince. Add cold water to the minced meat, stir.

Sift flour, dilute with cold salt water. Knead hard dough. Cover with cling film, refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.
