Pike meatballs on skewers are a very tasty and easy dish that can be prepared in a matter of minutes. Meatballs will definitely take pride of place on your festive table.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of pike;
- - 2 pieces of onions;
- - 1 piece of potatoes;
- - 4 sprigs of parsley;
- - 4 sprigs of dill;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 1 sweet pepper;
- - 12 cherry tomatoes;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - paprika;
- - butter;
- - rosemary.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare tender minced meat, use a meat grinder with a grill attachment with small holes.
Step 2
Take fish fillets, potatoes, onions (1 pc), add dill and parsley and mince.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, egg to the prepared minced meat. Mix the contents thoroughly.
Step 4
Roll balls 2-2.5 cm in size.
Step 5
Cut the remaining onion into large cubes. Chop the bell peppers.
Step 6
Place in a separate bowl and add oil, paprika, salt.
Step 7
On skewers string alternately balls of onion, minced meat, sweet pepper and cherry tomatoes.
Step 8
Place the skewers evenly on a baking sheet and drizzle with the remaining oil in the bowl.
Step 9
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 10
Garnish with rosemary sprigs when serving.
