The recipe for an appetizing salad "Vkusnyashka", which will decorate any festive table.
It is necessary
- - Two hundred grams of freshly frozen mushrooms;
- - Two hundred grams of smoked chicken meat;
- - One hundred grams of Korean carrots;
- - One hundred grams of prunes;
- - Two hundred grams of fresh cucumbers;
- - One hundred and fifty grams of mayonnaise;
- - Vegetable oil;
- - Spices (salt and pepper).

Step 1
This dish consists of several layers, which should be laid out in a special form, if it is absent, then in this case you can come up with a replacement, for example, cut a cylinder out of a can or bottle.

On a flat dish we put a mold, previously greased with sunflower oil.

At the bottom of the form, lay out the first of the layers of the dish - finely chopped chicken meat, smeared with mayonnaise.

The next layer of the dish is finely chopped prunes, also greased with mayonnaise. Thus, one should lay out all the layers one by one, smearing them with mayonnaise - chopped and fried mushrooms, after them cucumbers cut into cubes and spread the Korean carrots with the topmost layer of salad.
Step 5
When all the layers are laid out, you need to carefully remove the mold and leave it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes so that it is well saturated with mayonnaise and cool. After that, the salad is ready and you can put it on the table.
