Penne is a type of pasta very popular in Italy. Penne is prepared with a variety of sauces, vegetables and meats. Foam with zucchini and mushrooms turns out to be a very tasty and healthy dish.
It is necessary
- - penne 300 g;
- - zucchini 1 pc.;
- - champignons 200 g;
- - cream 200 ml;
- - 1 clove garlic;
- - dry white wine 150 ml;
- - Parmesan 100 g;
- - dill greens;
- - olive oil;
- - nutmeg;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into strips, peel the mushrooms, cut into slices about 5 mm thick. Finely chop the greens. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the garlic on it. Then remove the garlic.
Step 3
Fry the zucchini in garlic oil for 3 minutes. Then add the mushrooms. Fry for 5-7 minutes. Then pour in the wine and reduce the heat.
Step 4
Simmer the mushrooms and zucchini for 5 minutes, then add the cream. Reduce the fire to the very minimum. When the mushrooms come to a boil, add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle with Parmesan, simmer for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
Boil the penne. Mix with mushroom sauce, add herbs. Let it brew for 15 minutes.
