Pork with garlic

This dish is prepared with a minimum of ingredients, you only need:

- 700 g of pork pulp;

- 6 cloves of garlic;

- coarse salt;

- ground black pepper;

- mustard sauce in beans.

A piece of pork is thoroughly washed and dried. The garlic cloves are peeled and cut into longitudinal plates.

Take a sharp knife with a narrow tip and make several cuts in the meat. Garlic slices are inserted into them, like in pockets. Place the meat on a large piece of foil and spread it on a baking sheet.

It's spice time. Combine the pepper and salt and rub the surface of the pork with this mixture. Spread the grain mustard sauce over the entire surface of the meat.

Now you need to wrap the meat completely in foil and put on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 190 ° C. Reduce heat and bake the delicacy for an hour and a half.

When pierced, meat juice is released from the meat, and not blood, which means that the pork is ready. Then it needs to be cut into 2 cm wide portioned slices and served with salad, rice or boiled potatoes.

You can bake pork in the oven so that the dish looks spectacular, original and turns out to be multi-colored. To be able to organize a gorgeous feast with such a dish, you must have in the kitchen:

- 500 g of pork;

- 2 tomatoes;

- 180 g of cheese;

- 4 cloves of garlic;

- pepper, salt.

First prepare the ingredients properly. Cheese - cut into slices, 4 mm wide; tomatoes are cut into slices; and garlic on plates.

For the meat component, it is better to take a loin. There is some fat on it, so the dish will not be dry. The pork is washed, dried and transverse cuts are made, not reaching the bottom of 2 cm. The distance between them is 1.5 cm.

The meat is flavored with spices - pepper and salt, not forgetting about the indentations between the cuts. Put a tomato circle and a slice of cheese in each pocket.

Now wrap the stuffed pork in foil and put in the oven for 60-75 minutes. It is warmed up in advance to 180 ° C. Bake over low heat.

Mushrooms from potatoes look very impressive next to this dish. To do this, it is boiled in a uniform, and then artistically cut so that one part becomes a mushroom cap, then comes the leg and the lower part of the potato turns into its root.

Potato mushrooms are placed on a hat and lightly fried in sunflower oil, and then placed around the finished colorful piece of pork. Such food looks festive and beautiful.
