Making live and nutritious milk from fresh pine nuts at home is quite simple. The main thing is to know the proportions and have the right tools.

Step 1
Depending on the preferences of the fat content and thickness of the milk, the proportions of the components are also taken.
I take for 0.8 liters of the final product half a liter of unpeeled nuts. The volume of cleaned seeds will be approximately 300-350 ml.
Nuts must be peeled from the shell, it is not necessary to peel off the film.
Step 2
Next, the nuts are chopped with a blender or in a mortar and pestle. Water is gradually added to the required density.
If you will be using a blender, add some liquid directly to the cedar seeds. This will allow you not to burn the equipment and grind the nucleoli more thoroughly.
Step 3
The resulting liquid gruel should be infused for about half an hour. Then, if desired, you can strain it through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
Live and healthy cedar milk is ready.
