Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces like onions and celery. Add the potatoes to the boiling fish and root broth. Now you need to cook the fish soup until the potatoes are ready. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add butter, herbs and lemon juice to the ear.

Step 6

Fried flounder.

Fry the flounder pieces in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown. Place the sliced onion rings around the fish.

Sprinkle with thyme and thyme on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the pan with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
