Chicken with oranges and apples is very tasty. To prepare it, you will need: a poultry carcass, an apple, 3 medium-sized oranges, salt and pepper to taste, 1/3 of a lemon.

The chicken must be thoroughly cleaned of possible feather residues, then washed inside and out and removed from excess liquid with a cloth. Then rub thoroughly with a mixture of salt (preferably sea) and black pepper, leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel 2 oranges and an apple and divide them into wedges. Stuff the carcass with these fruits and sew the edges of the abdomen. Leave the chicken at room temperature for an hour.

After the allotted time, it is necessary to squeeze out the juice from the remaining orange and lemon, mix. Drizzle over the chicken, rubbing the juice into the skin a little. The chicken must be thoroughly washed, dried a little and cut into 8 pieces of approximately the same size. Fold into a deep cup. Add to it peeled and cut potatoes, washed mushrooms and chopped garlic. Everything should be salt and pepper, add rosemary, whole cherry tomatoes. Then pour a little olive oil over the contents of a cup and mix thoroughly, being careful not to crush the tomatoes. Leave on for 15 minutes at room temperature.

You can also add other vegetables to the chicken, such as onions, carrots, zucchini, or eggplant. Only they must first be cut into pieces.

After the allotted time, the chicken with vegetables should be placed in a baking bag. Tie the ends and pierce the middle. Put on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 35-45 minutes. The finished dish must be laid out on a flat large dish, sprinkled with chopped parsley and served until it has cooled down. Chicken prepared in this way is an ideal treat for a large number of people.

Also, chicken can be cooked in kefir and soy sauce marinade. To do this, you will need: chicken carcass, ½ cup of kefir, 5 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce, 2 cm of ginger root, 3 cloves of garlic, salt and black pepper to taste, marjoram and turmeric on the tip of a knife.

The chicken carcass must be washed, dried and rubbed with salt. Leave on for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade by mixing kefir, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric, black pepper and marjoram. With this marinade, grease the bird and put it in a baking bag. Pour the rest of the marinade there. Fix the edges of the bag, put it in the oven and bake the chicken for 40 minutes at 200 ° C. Then break the bag, set the temperature to 210 ° C and cook until golden brown.
